Janicki Industries Builds New Building & Fourth 5-Axis Mill

We are expanding facilities at our State Route 20 main site by constructing a new 48,000 square foot building scheduled for completion in August 2005. Our new building will feature a fourth 5-axis milling machine custom designed by Janicki Industries. This linear drive mill will have a working envelope of 58' by 14' with 5' of vertical travel. Also planned for the building are 9,600 square feet of office space for our aerospace engineering department and project managers and a 16,000 square foot assembly bay with added ceiling height to ease our large scale tooling capabilities. Production areas will be equiped with overhead cranes having a total lift capacity of 25 tons. This increased production space will give Janicki Industries a greater ability to meet its marine and aerospace customers' growing need for large scale tooling and assembly.
