Short Run Molds (J300)
Using the same putty material system used for the J-100 patterns we make short run molds for one-off or short-production boats. By shipping in segments and assembling at the destination, there is virtually no limit to the size of vessel. You can build your boat directly on the putty and finish the boat later or have a sanding primer applied for a finished mold surface.

FRP Tooling (J400)
Our FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) tools are molded from our machined patterns built to customer specifications. FRP molds are constructed with fiberglass layers, a rigid core built from filled tooling resin and wood, and a durable tooling gelcoat finish. We have engineered marine FRP mold systems up to 220 feet in length. The finished product can be a male or female shape depending on application and geometry provided.
