250º Composite Tools
Our 250º tools are a carbon fiber or fiberglass tool infused with resin built to exact customer specifications. These 250º tools are available in two variations: cast or molded (J-500) and machined (J-600). A machined tool allows for the maintenance of higher accuracies up to +/- .005". Tolerances of cast tools, no post-machining, are up to ± .010". 250º tools are provided with laser tracking and vacuum verification is performed to ensure conformity. Depending on tooling requirements, the tool's support consists of a welded steel or composite egg-crate backing structure.

350º Composite Tools
Our 350º tools are a carbon fiber or fiberglass tool infused with an epoxy resin formulated to meet customer specifications. These 350º tools are available in two variations: cast (J-700) and machined (J-800). Machined tools allow for the maintenance of higher accuracies up to +/- .005". Tolerances of cast tools without any post-machining are up to +/- .010". 350o tools are provided with laser tracking and vacuum verification is performed to ensure conformity. The tool's support consists of a composite egg-crate backing structure.
