Short Run Molds (J300)
Using the same putty material system used for the J-100 patterns we make short run molds for one-off or short-production vehicles. By shipping in segments and assembling onto a steel frame, there is virtually no limit to the size of your vehicle. You can build your vehicle directly on the putty and finish later or have a sanding primer applied for a finished mold surface.

FRP Molds (J400)
Our FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) tools are molded from our machined patterns. FRP molds are constructed with fiberglass layers, a rigid core built from filled tooling resin and/or wood, and a durable tooling gelcoat finish. FRP mold systems can have a primer finish when requested. We have engineered one-piece FRP mold systems for a composite passenger bus and machined and assembled FRP molds up to 164 feet in length for the marine industry. The finished product can be a male or female shape depending on application and geometry provided.
