Each year, Janicki kicks off its company-wide holiday celebrations with a Cinco de Mayo luncheon.

Sedro-Woolley and Hamilton, Washington-based employees gathered outside Building 5 to enjoy tacos and taco bowls from Lorenzo’s. With clear spring weather and the Cascade foothills as a backdrop, it was a great opportunity for team members to step away from their work and connect over a good meal. Bellingham, Washington-based employees enjoyed the same experience but in the shipping bay of their newly refurbished building.

At our Utah facility, day-shift employees took a hands-on approach by firing up the grills to serve chicken and beef fajitas, refried beans and corn fresh to order. The aroma carried across the manufacturing floor as teammates lined up for lunch, a simple but fitting way to bring the team together mid-shift.

We look forward to continuing the tradition with our next company luncheon: the Fourth of July BBQ.
